How to dispute or refund a transaction

Navigate to the Transactions page and use the Transaction Reference number to quickly search for the transaction using the search box at the top of the page.

When you find the transaction, click on it to open the Transaction Detail page. You'll see a section at the top right where you'll be able to log a dispute or request a refund.

Click Create a dispute to begin the process. Enter as much detail as possible into the pop-up and submit the dispute.

Our team will review the dispute request within 24 hours and might follow up for additional information. You'll get an email notification about these requests, and also see them on the transaction detail page.

After review, the necessary action is taken and the dispute will be marked as resolved.
