Paystack Go Payments Page
The Paystack Go Payments page helps you keep an eye on how much money is coming into your business. Selecting the Payments tab on your Dashboard takes you to a page that should look like the image below.
As seen above, the Payments page lists all your successful transaction in the order in which you received them, with your most recent payment on top.
To find a specific transaction, search for the transaction's reference number in the search bar shown by the arrow.
You can also find out more information about any payment by tapping on that payment. If we tap on the most recent payment (NGN 200 from Stephen Curry) from the Payment page above we see more details about the transaction as shown in the image below.
1. This is the transaction amount.
2. This is the status of the transaction.
3. Card: Tapping here shows more details about the card your customer paid you with.
4. Analytics: Tapping here shows the analytics about this transaction
5. Reference: This is the reference number of this transaction
6. Fees: This is the transaction fee that Paystack will charge you on this transaction.
7. Paid At: This shows the date and exact time that the customer paid you
8. Message: This is the message from the bank about this transaction
1. Type: This is the type of card that was used to carry out the transaction. Transactions done directly from the customers' bank account (Pay with Bank) will not show any Card type details.
2. Number: This shows the last four digits on the customer's card. Pay with Bank transactions also have virtual card numbers as shown in the image above.
3. Authorization: This shows the authorization number for the transaction.
4. Bank: The shows the customer's bank from which payment was made.
5. Country: This shows the Country code from which the transaction originated.
1. Transaction Time: This shows the amount of time the customer spent on the Paystack Payment platform.
2. Device Type: This shows the device your customers use when on your website or when trying to pay you.
3. Attempts: This shows the number of times, the customer tried to pay you.
4. Errors: This shows the number of errors the customer encountered while trying to pay you
5. Payment Flow: This shows the actions that the customer took on the Paystack Payment page while trying to pay.
